YOUR MANDATE
Under the supervision of the Director of Administration and Customer Service, the incumbent will:

Follow up on incomplete files with the sales force
Perform various related administrative tasks within the framework of business and compensation processes
Handle complex cases and escalate as required
Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy
Participate in DMS (Daily management system) and contribute to ideas for improvement

REQUIRED PROFILE

College diploma and 3 to 5 years' relevant or related experience
Knowledge of insurance distribution (an asset)
Knowledge of life and health insurance (an asset)
Financial advisor designation (an asset)

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
Ability to analyze situations
Autonomy and organizational skills
Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
Ability to adapt to change (and learn new administrative systems)
Excellent oral and written French and English language skills, due to frequent interaction with English and Frenchspeaking clients across Canada
