Applications are now being accepted for a Teaching Assistants for Political Science and International Studies courses in the Fall 2023 semester.

Teaching Assistants offer support for the delivery of undergraduate courses by providing instructor(s) with qualified undergraduate or senior graduate students who can assist with marking assignments, exams/quizzes, student tutorial assistance, and other general duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Priority will be given to applicants who maintain status as full-time students at the University of Regina in the term the position is offered.

Preference will be given to fourth year and graduate students who have a good academic background relevant to Political Science and/or International Studies as appropriate.

Student must be familiar with proofreading and editing, self-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Physical Demands Pay Grade As Per CUPE 2419 Salary Range As per CUPE 2419 Collective Agreement Status Term Work Hours

Time commitment is dependent on the number of students enrolled in the assigned course(s). Hours are flexible and to be discussed with the course instructor/department head.
