    Description

    Electronic Assembler

    The electronic assembler with be assisting with the assembly of different robots being used for military and police operations. The electronic assembler will be working on sub assemblies for different products. Build times can range anywhere from 30 minutes to 40 hours to complete. The robots are operated via remote control and are used by militaries and police forces across the globe.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Following robot schematics for the electrical and mechanical builds.
    • Request materials needed for the build from the material handling department.
    • Using power tools to perform the mechanical assembly portion of the build.
    • Soldering and crimping electrical components.
    • Assigning the finished build to the quality control department.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience assembling electronic components.
    • Experience assembling mechanical components.
    • Soldering electrical components.
    • Experience using power tools.
    • Experience reading electrical schematics.

    Job Environment:

    • Clean and tidy assembly room.
    • You will be assigned a work station with tools and a laptop to view the electrical schematics.
    • Ability to wear a headphone while assembling the robots.
