Responsibilities:

This individual's responsibilities include:

Performing administrative duties
Fielding customer inquiries to the Service Department
Administration of warranty claims
Managing processes, documents and work orders related to customer requests and service department needs.

Requirements:

This would be an ideal position if you have:
Previous Service Writer experience
Basic knowledge of accounting practices
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet functions
A positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
A minimum Grade 12 education
Experience in an agricultural related field would be an asset
The ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
