    Description

    What you'll do:

  • Manage all customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and efficient manner with a focus on exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage all petroleum office opening and closing duties including cash counts/deposits.
  • Receiving and entering pricing for bulk petroleum retails pricing for all 4 locations. Oversee pricing to remain competitive within the trading area.
  • Ensuring petroleum products are ordered to maintain inventory levels.
  • Ensure claims, invoices and other paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete daily walks of facilities and vehicles, and environmental checks at cardlock and tank area to ensure standards are being consistently met.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of all interior areas including shelves, displays and washrooms.
  • Assist with the unloading of freight trucks with proper use of the forklift for stock supply at the store.

    Who you are:

    You are looking for a career in Petroleum Administration and:

  • You have a Post Secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience. Bulk petroleum knowledge and experience would be considered an asset.
  • You have Administration and Customer Service experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
  • You're honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
