- High degree of proficiency in database software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
- Proven written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrates courtesy and professionalism.
- Ability to manage confidential material and maintain staff and student privacy.
- Familiarity with library software is an asset
- A minimum of one (1) year post-secondary education in a field such as business administration or office administration or an approved Library Clerk certificate.
- A working knowledge of computers and Microsoft applications of Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Experience in a library setting would be an asset.
- As per CUPE Agreement
- Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, exact scheduling to be determined
- Commencing the start of school year and ending June 30, 2025 or upon the return of incumbent, whicever is earlier
- Salary Range: $;- $;per hour
- Some manual labour including regular physical exertion and handling of objects up to 30 pounds (14 kg) on a repeated basis through the day and pushing weight bearing carts
