Sales Representative, Agriculture Equipment
Rollins Machinery - Chilliwack, BC

Responsibilities

Drive sales of ag equipment within your designated channel/territory, meeting and exceeding sales revenue objectives.
Conduct inperson visits to farms to identify potential opportunities and build rapport with customers.
Develop wellstructured written proposals, meticulously following up on each lead.
Maintain accurate paperwork at all stages of the sales process, adhering to the Company's policies and procedures.
Lead product demonstrations and actively participate in trade shows to showcase our equipment's capabilities.
Collaborate closely with the parts and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and comprehensive support.
An ambitious and selfdriven individual with a drive for excellence.
Possesses a technical aptitude, a solid understanding of the farming business, and the ability to effectively communicate the product's benefits based on customer requirements.
Capable of designing personalized financing solutions in collaboration with the Company's financing partners.
Proficient with computer software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to quickly learn new software tools.
Excellent communication skills, adept at building and maintaining customer relationships, and a skilled negotiator who creates winwin situations.
A resultoriented team player, focused on getting things done.
Experienced in farm equipment sales.
Holds a valid driver's license.

We are a multi-industry, multi-line dealer selling equipment to Municipalities, Farms, Golf courses, and Private contractors in markets that include Refuse, Sewer & Water, Roads Maintenance, Golf & Sports Turf, Light Construction and Agriculture.

Rollins is continually looking to expand on our local footprint here in BC. We recently added the Kelowna branch to complement our existing locations in Langley, Chilliwack and Chemainus.
