We are currently recruiting 2 Portfolio Resource Coordinator (Billing) based out of Prairies Regional Headquarters at Calgary International Airport.

What does a Portfolio Resource Coordinator (Billing) do?

• Billing duties, such as invoice generation and backup document preparation
• Perform account reconciliations, process adjustments, and carry out collection activities
• Analytic functions, such as utilization and margin analysis
• Correspondence with operations teams for billing inquiries
• Reconciliation between payroll and billing systems
• Resolve customer invoice disputes

What you bring to PASS?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing or a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in a fast-paced and high-volume collections environment
• Ability to problem solve, multitask, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with billing software is an asset
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills & deescalating upset customers
• Able to effectively work in a team environment and independently
• Valid RAIC holder or ability to obtain your Transport Security Clearance and Secret Security Clearance
• Flexible availability to work any shifts across a 7 day per week operations. Shift lengths are expected to be 8-12 hrs, AM, Daytime, PM and may fluctuate based on operational requirements.
• No criminal record background
• 18 years of age or older
