We re making the UK greener and more energy efficient getting closer to Net Zero By using clever tech like thermostats heat pumps solar panels and EV chargers we re making it cheaper and easier for our customers to reduce their carbon footprint The EV Partnerships Executive will be responsible for offering high calibre support and insight to ensure excellent delivery for our partners and customers They are responsible for ensuring that reporting to partners is both timely and accurate while also providing valuable insights into performance emerging trends By enabling data driven discussions around process improvements proposition optimisation this role plays a crucial part in delivering excellent service to both our partners end customers It is also instrumental in driving growth across the Partnership channel ensuring we operate within agreed contractual parameters
Responsibilities
- Working closely with our Services business to manage service issue escalations customer experience this role is key in providing inputs for monthly quarterly business reviews with partners
- Working to deliver plans that meet defined targets on a weekly basis this high energy role requires persistent persuasive interaction with partners proven sales relationship building skills ability negotiate strong communication skills A self motivated individual able resilient when faced obstacles
- Managing key stakeholders both internal external deliver best service our customers partners Working cross functional teams deliver against key set performance metrics
