THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for a leader of all things process, improvements and operations, and scheduling
Someone who can take the lead, manage systems, and help support the company with day-to-day operations, processes and logisitics of the projects.
This role will assist in developing policies, procedures and systems to help create efficient processes for the company's operations. There is a high level of understanding the needs of the business and creating systems that improve and instill quality. There will also be a need to have this role support the development of long term strategies and planning solutions as well as having an input and overall view of the financial planning and systems for the company.
This position will ensure that building material and installation staff move from one place to another efficiently and cost-effectively. It will need someone who has an experience planning, controlling and implementing schedules and understanding the timing and flow of the projects and packages of the homes and site installations.
This role will work directly with the VP and President of the company and will add support and suggestions to the team as a whole for the best and most efficient operations for the company.
