Minimum Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of solutions sales experience with account management responsibility
  • Successful history working with smallmedium sized organizations
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding individual sales quotas and objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Knowledge of IT systems and processes
  • Experience managing sales opportunities in a CRM system
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Strong team player and selfmotivated
  • Comfortable calling on all levels of an organization (VP, C-Suite executives, and sales leaders)
  • Confident and goal oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience with the following

  • Ability to work with customers to identify long and shortterm needs
  • Ability to work with a broad range of solution options (services and products) to prepare proposals for clients
  • High level of skill with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Technically savvy

Beneficial Attributes (But Not Required)

Knowledge, skills and experience with the following:

  • Selling Managed IT services in a small and medium business environment
  • Previous IT solutions engineer experience
  • Familiarity with some form of quoting tool
  • Bachelor's degree

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Grow, maintain and manage clients, guiding them through planned upgrades and migrations
  • Build and promote strong, long lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Coordinate, prepare, participate in, and document technology business reviews with clients
  • Create and present solutions and proposals to meet client needs for projects and services
  • Prepare project quotes and plans for clients with assistance of technical team
  • Develop new opportunities within existing accounts, offering new products and services
  • Conduct a smooth handoff of new projects to technical team
  • Collaborate with a technical engineer to determine best solution options to present to customer
  • Collaborate with technical engineers to ensure client issues are addressed act as a client advocate
  • Maintain a positive customer service level second to none
  • Keep CRM clean and up to date with current contacts/status/updates
  • Adhere to our sales process
  • Collaborate with marketing associate to determine campaign options to present to a customer
  • Making follow up calls to clients on marketing campaigns
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among clients.
  • Report sales updates to VP weekly.
  • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales forecasts and activity quota quarterly.
