Office Assistant


Duties:


  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Provide administrative support to office staff and management
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Utilize computerized systems to input and retrieve data
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping

Skills:


  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and office procedures
  • Ability to organize and maintain files and records accurately
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
  • Experience working with computerized systems for data entry and retrieval (preferred)
  • Experience with Quickbooks is preferred however can be trained

Salary:
$19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
