Reporting to our Account Director, you will manage a portfolio of clients that utilize our franchise development solutions and services.
You are looking to join a passionate team on a mission to make a difference in the world of franchising.
This is a dynamic role in a fast-growing company for someone with experience in franchise sales, either working for a franchisor or an agency that supports franchisors.
Cadence engages in a hybrid work environment consisting of partial work-from-home and periodic in-person meetings at our office located at 2115 South Service Road W, Oakville, ON, Canada.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & DUTIES
- Manage client accounts, reporting to our Account Director
- Build strong, trusted relationships with our client contacts
- Support clients with the franchise development programs provided by Cadence
- Develop and maintain an understanding of assigned client's industries, company culture, products/services, and strategic plans
- Manage inbound requests from clients and assign tasks internally
- Assist with implementing and adhering to workflow processes
- Collaborate with your teammates, managing tasks and milestones
- Lead quality assurance testing on deliverables
- Lead client meetings via Zoom and conduct demos/training sessions when necessary
- Manage monthly report delivery to clients
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend ideas for improvement
- Provide clear, concise, and transparent communication to our leadership team
- Actively strive to improve client retention
- Exercise your creativity and problemsolving to identify upsell opportunities
- Lead internal team meetings via Zoom
- Handle administrative duties as needed
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- At least 3 years of experience in a franchise sales role or clientfacing account management role supporting franchisors
- Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced, agency environment
- Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with people over the phone or Zoom
- Ability to lead by example
- Ability to communicate enthusiastically to generate excitement with clients
- Ability to solve problems on the fly
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- You enjoy staying ahead of the curve with an interest in emerging technologies
- Committed to continuous learning and personal development
- Bilingualism is an asset but not mandatory
- Online lead generation experience is a nicetohave
Job Types:

Salary:
$65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
