Primary Function:

This role is part of a team that is responsible for managing rejected orders and open orders.

The team lead is responsible to manage day to day escalations, be an informal leader, provide the tools, data and analytics, take initiative and lead process improvement projects with CI mindset to reduce rejection and fulfill/close open customer sales orders/back orders.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Develop baselines for metrics and assist teams in identifying goals and action plans to improve metrics
  • Create accurate tools, metrics, and dashboards in a costefficient manner and assist our partners in making informed decisions to manage performance.
  • Identify solutions through investigations, creating and analyzing large datasets to determine cause of targeted failures
  • Generate ideas to help drive improvement on products, services or process over time.
  • Lead and participate in crossfunctional projects
  • Provide orientation and training of new employees
  • Coordinate and delegate responsibility in case of absences / call outs of employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned

PROFIL REQUI

Required Education & Experience:


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Advanced proficiency SQL and Excel (including Macros and VBA)
  • Experience using Teradata, Snowflake, SQL Server, or Power BI
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to balance and prioritize work on multiple projects
  • Ability to operate in a complex, rapidly changing environment
