Job Description Mission**
Primary Responsibilities

  • Carry out administrative tasks from opening to closing of projects according to ISO prescribed processes (data entry, assist project manager with project planning, etc.).
  • Organize meetings, coordinate meetings and follow up on minutes (linguistic review, format, etc.).
  • Prepare purchase orders, monitor purchases and subcontractors, etc.
  • Proofread and format technical and administrative project documents (letters, reports, quotes, specifications, technical memos, change directives, change orders, progress and final payment requests, CVs, project sheets, etc.).
  • Produce various followup and other reports for customers and partners
  • Assist project manager(s) with invoicing and invoice followup
  • Monitor deliverables and equipment and follow up on activities related to quality system requirements
  • Provide a wide range of administrative support for the sector

Qualifications

  • DEP in secretarial studies or DEC in office automation or other relevant training
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a relevant field
  • Advanced oral and written French, English is an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel (intermediate/advanced functions)
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Adobe, PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of Sharepoint and Teams platforms
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (asset)
  • Experience in consulting engineering (an asset)
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, versatility, interpersonal skills, courtesy and speed of execution.
