    Main Responsibilities

    • - Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
    • - Organize major departments and senior staff positions
    • - Coordinate work among regions, divisions, or departments
    • - Establish financial and administrative controls
    • - Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
    • - Approve human resources planning
    • - Set objectives and approve policies and programs
    • - Represent the organization in negotiations
    • - Select and delegate authority to middle managers and executive staff

    Experience Required

    • 5 years or more

    • - Provide awareness training for employees to create an inclusive work environment for individuals with disabilities
    • - Support newcomers and refugees in their integration process
    • - Deliver diversity and cross-cultural training for a welcoming environment
    • - Offer cultural competency training for Indigenous workers
