As an Audiologist, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of clients.

You are able to provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

What you will do:


  • Work collaboratively within the clinic and also with external healthcare providers while advocating for your clients
  • Maintain an expertise in the selling, fitting and troubleshooting of current hearing aid technology
  • Provide a high standard of care
  • Followup with clients to ensure that appropriate care is provided

Requirements:


  • Being registered or eligible for registration with CASLPO or AHIP is required
  • 1+ years of experience as an Audiologist is an asset (open to new grads) or 1+ years of experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist is required (unable to accommodate 1,000 hour internships at this time)
  • Current knowledge of hearing health care products and services
  • Must have a warm, kind, thoughtful, compassionate, and flexible personality with a servicefirst outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients and coworkers
  • Reliable and dependable work ethic
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills, thoroughness, accuracy and attention to detail, and commitment to growth
  • Able to occasionally work in North York and Etobicoke clinics when coverage is needed
  • Ability to provide a clear police clearance upon request
  • Ability to travel to America to attend learning opportunities

$80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
