Job Overview:


As a Master Project Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects within our organization.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules to drive efficiency and meet project objectives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with customers, project managers, stakeholders, and crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules, including task sequencing, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
  • Monitor and update project schedules regularly to reflect changes in scope, timelines, and resource availability.
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to optimize project delivery.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment between project schedules and overall project goals.
  • Provide regular reports on project schedule performance to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for process improvement in project scheduling.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in Operations Management, or equivalent experience. PMP designation is encouraged.
  • Proven experience as a project scheduler or coordinator in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

$58,759.22-$88,548.49 per year
