Job Overview:
As a Master Project Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers, project managers, stakeholders, and crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, including task sequencing, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
- Monitor and update project schedules regularly to reflect changes in scope, timelines, and resource availability.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to optimize project delivery.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment between project schedules and overall project goals.
- Provide regular reports on project schedule performance to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for process improvement in project scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in Operations Management, or equivalent experience. PMP designation is encouraged.
- Proven experience as a project scheduler or coordinator in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

$58,759.22-$88,548.49 per year
