Job Summary:
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of craftsmen in various tasks such as barrel saunas, sleeping barrels, insulated logs, cedar yurts and cedar hot tubs.
- Coordinate project timelines and allocate resources efficiently
- Inspect work progress to ensure quality standards are met
- Train new employees on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain inventory of materials and tools
- Collaborate with the owner to meet project requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fine woodworking, furniture and other constructionrelated tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate hand and power tools
- Knowledge of restoration, flashings, furniture making, and carpentry is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay:
$25.40-$39.08 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
