About the Opportunity:


The Clerk is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the department in its communications with other departments and support to the nurses and medical staff.

They must be able to handle multiple demands and priorities in a busy and unpredictable environment.

3 East is an inpatient medical/surgical unit.

About You:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Grade 12 plus one year related experience OR graduate of a recognized one year secretarial/business program
  • General office skills an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm during an emergency and deal with numerous interruptions and continuous change an asset
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates problem solving and decision making skills
  • Competencies in other languages are an asset, French preferred

  • Permanent, Fulltime / 1.0 FTE / 70 Hours Biweekly

Compensation and Incentives:

$ $21.91 Hourly
