Position Description:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for performing the following roles:

  • Daily calls/discussions with assigned partner accounts
  • Guide and assist the Partners to understand and locate support programs available to them
  • Document results of each Partner/customer call, track open action items by and report status.
  • Provide Program Management supports Co-Sell Program Liaison with Partners Collaborate with the global regions to create a cohesive Partner engagement including Revenue, Business Planning and Joint Story Development Including Field Enablement.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:


  • Must be able to clearly communicate on the telephone in English and demonstrate very good writing skills.
  • Comfortable creating documents and working with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
  • Must be highly proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Will be required to enter data into a customer relationship management (CRM) program to document the status of assigned customers.
  • Should have good presentation skills
  • Must be sales oriented
