The
E-Commerce Customer Service Representative works to liaise between our customers and our support teams (sales, purchasing & warehouse) to ensure on-time delivery while maximizing the customers experience.

This involves entering orders, analyzing inventory levels, expediting inbounds and scheduling warehouse resources while providing constant updated communication to both sales and our customers.

Key Responsibilities and experience:

• 12 years customer service experience with a wholesale/distributor that markets to larger/mass retailers
• Able to do multiple roles and be open to growth in orther areas of ecommerence and customer service
• Has a keen interest in the sale & promotion of personal care products
• Intermediate level excel skills and ability to manipulate data
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Active listener and problem solver
• Ability to recommend orders to our customers and/or offer substitutions
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a schedule of activities.
• Experience in customer account setup (gathering contact info, references and other related information necessary to establish credit accounts).
• Experience researching, approving and processing claims and credits for damages or returns.
