Description

• Answer telephone, ensuring that appropriate telephone etiquette is used at all times
• Manage incoming faxes
• Data entry for new prescriptions, and managing refill request processing, adjudicate claim to Third Party payer; Review and adjust third party adjudication records
• Selecting proper medications to fill prescriptions
• Efficiently count or measure, package, and label prescriptions,
• Filling and preparing blister packs.
