As a Fabrication Worker at Cladify and Mitrex, you will play an integral role in our mission to advance sustainable building practices through innovative products and solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include fabricating, assembling, and ensuring the quality of various components used in our sustainable building envelope systems.

Position:
Cladify Fabrication/Production worker

Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced machinery and precision tools to fabricate components from materials such as metal, plastic, and other building materials.

Assemble fabricated components into finished products, following technical drawings and specifications with precision.

Conduct rigorous quality checks and inspections to maintain the highest standards of quality and identify and rectify defects or discrepancies.

Use precise measuring tools and equipment to ensure accurate dimensions and specifications in the fabrication process.

Safely handle and transport materials, including the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products.

Adhere to strict safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Operate a variety of specialized machinery and tools, including welding equipment, saws, grinders, and drills.

Collaborate closely with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and production output.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Window, Door or Glass fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in using fabrication tools and equipment.

Knowledge of technical drawings and the ability to interpret engineering specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new fabrication techniques and technologies.
