    We are currently seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians to join our Timmins Construction & Forestry location.

    This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of construction, aggregate/crushing units, pavers/compaction, and forestry-based equipment and attachments in a shop environment.

    Evaluate the working condition of heavy duty equipment
    # Diagnose, assemble/disassemble, order parts for, and repair heavy duty equipment
    # Dismantle, repair, and assemble industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to specifications
    # Operate hoisting devices to position machinery and parts during assembly, installation, and/or repair activities
    # Test and provide constructive feedback on existing and newly manufactured industrial equipment
    # Road test equipment and check attachment operation as required
    # Evaluation and diagnostic skills for heavy duty equipment
    Ability to operate hoisting devices and perform machinery assembly
    Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
    Computer and technical aptitude for diagnostics and calibration work
    Proven diagnostic skills for mechanical and technical equipment repair
