Project Development Specialist

As a Project Development Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of various projects while partnering with other teams and vendors.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.

Join our collaborative team as a Project Development Specialist

What you will do:

Manage overall project timelines and ensure on budget delivery of merchandising, display, and minor construction projects.
Support Store Design Leadership, and Program and Product Managers on the deployment of largescale projects.
Assemble and coordinate project teams of SMEs, Specialists, and Managers from various functions throughout the business.
Partner with the Store Design Leadership team to resolve any issues and risks.
Collaborate with external vendors, partners and thirdparty labour teams on projects.
Work closely with business owners, Program Managers, Store Design Director, and other stakeholders throughout the project to communicate projects updates and statuses.
Create and maintain accurate documentation for projects and processes. Work with a management tool for project submissions and to help provide guidance for users.
Contribute ideas, proactively bring up challenges and collaborate to determine potential solutions to those challenges.

What we are looking for:

2+ years' experience with project management process
Experience with MS Suite
Previous experience with a Big Box retailer at the Management/Supervisory level
Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications field
