    We are launching a luxury and elegant restaurant in the heart of Duntown in Richmond Hill.

    This restaurant, with its unique design in this area, is a suitable place for people who want to have the experience of working in a professional and friendly team and share the good moments with the customers of this restaurant by presenting its attractive menu.

    Join Our Team at Luxe Richmond as Bartender

    Are you a seasoned Bartender with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences? Our brand new fine dining restaurant is seeking a talented and dedicated Head Bartender to work closely with our beverage director to develop the bar program.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborative thinking with Beverage Director in crafting cocktail menus that complement our culinary offerings.
    • Manage inventory, orders, and vendor relationships to ensure a wellstocked bar.
    • Train and mentor bar staff to maintain high standards of service.
    • Uphold safety standards in accordance with regulations.
    • Oversee bar operations, including scheduling.

    Requirements:
    experience as a Head Bartender / Bar Manager or similar role in a fine dining setting.

    • Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

    Job Types:
    Full-time, Part-time

    Pay:
    $17.00-$20.00 per hour

    Expected hours:
    No more than 40 per week


    Flexible Language Requirement:
    ~ French not required


    Schedule:
    ~8 hour shift
    ~ Day shift
    ~ Evening shift
    ~ Monday to Friday
    ~ Morning shift
    ~ Night shift
    ~ Overtime
    ~ Weekends as needed


    Supplemental pay types:
    Overtime pay
    Tips


    Experience:
    serving: 2 years (preferred)

    Bartending: 2 years (preferred)


    Licence/Certification:
    ~ Smart Serve (preferred)
