- Track and manage adherence to key KPI, root cause failure, driving counter measure actions
- Evaluate ongoing production schedules generated by internal or external units to ensure maximum turns, minimal waste, including optimization of system & process planning parameters and solves within planning systems (e.g. SAP, JDA)
- lead contact for scheduling of local co-pack sites, capacity management, operational performance oversight
- robust analysis and input to S&OP, CMOS
- elimination of inventory waste through SLOMO process (slow moving & obsolete stock)
- identify and drive value leadership opportunities
- monitor and manage all stock movements
- management & communication of activity deliverables (e.g. seasonal, promotions, innovation, discontinuations) projects as assigned
