Line Cooks to expand the Campfire Kitchen team

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing and cooking all menu items in accordance with kitchen and brand standards
Providing assistance stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Food preparation and portioning prior to service
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Following and achieving closing routines
Maintaining all health and food sanitation standards in accordance with Old Yale Brewing safe food handling practices and Fraser Health protection standards
Maintain high level of food quality
Putting bulk food orders away in a neat and organized fashion
Roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary to get the job done and completes other duties as required within the same scope and level

You have a genuine love and passion for great food and outstanding craft beer.
You thrive and can adapt to fastpaced environments that challenge you.
No direct cooking experience is required just a positive attitude and the willingness to learn
You are a performancedriven individual with a strong desire for continuous improvement along with the ability to work in a team environment
