    Our Advisors prioritize customer needs and excel at establishing genuine connections. As an integral part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, our aim is to deliver outstanding service throughout the customer's journey by:

    • Empathetically identifying customer requirements and actively listening to comprehend their demands
    • Educating customers, offering valuable insights, and expert guidance
    • Creating comprehensive customer plans using a holistic approach to assist them in reaching their objectives
    • Cultivating enduring, robust relationships
    • Expanding, preserving, and enhancing branch business by achieving individual and team sales targets that contribute to a favorable customer experience

    What you need to succeed...

    • The eagerness and determination to establish strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
    • A proven track record of surpassing sales targets in a dynamic environment that aligns with a customer's specified aspirations
    • The ability to identify and address customer needs effectively
    • Mutual Funds license and progression towards the CIFP Diploma
