Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the Deputy Chief – Self Government provides high level administrative strategic and operational support to advance the Nation's self government initiatives. This role ensures the Deputy Chief is supported in governance community engagement intergovernmental relations and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Deputy Chiefs calendar scheduling meetings briefings community engagements and travel.
  • Prepare agendas briefing notes presentations meeting minutes and follow up action plans.
