Order Desk:

  • Shipping and Recieving: process and ship orders, inventory control and customer service and follow up
Administration

  • Customer Care: answer phones, corordinate classes, compile rosters, send out class information
  • Light office duties
  • General daily administrative duties and other duties as assigned
  • Potential to travel and work tradeshows
  • Social Medial and marketing experience an asset
Key Competencies

  • Detail oriented, high level of accuracy
  • Problem solving and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive
  • Intitiative, integrity, adaptibility, along with timemanagement skills
  • Must be PC literate with above average knowledge in MS Excel, Word and Outlook

Salary:
$20.00 per hour
