We are currently seeking a Process & Quality Assurance Specialist to support our VP, Process & Quality Assurance in elevating our company's quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The Process & Quality Assurance Specialist will collaborate cross-departmentally, ensuring that across the board, the organization is delivering high quality products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations.


What You'll Do & How You'll Make an Impact

Quality Management System (QMS):

  • In partnership with various departments, assist with the development of a formalized Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes throughout the organization.

Process and Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes, procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Keep informed about industry standards and regulations. Update processes to comply with any changes and ensure understanding among relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement process improvements, providing regular feedback and enhancing overall quality and efficiency.
  • Help establish, document, and communicate departmental quality standards, ensuring alignment with needs of department and overall company objectives.

Reviews & Audits:

  • Develop review and audit documentation for assessing Emergency Response Plan (ERP) quality and for other critical projects before delivery to clients.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of ERP components to assess compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Tracking & Reporting:

  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, or recurring issues and provide crossfunctional teams with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct and monitor feedback from both internal and external stakeholders to gauge client satisfaction and process effectiveness.

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed quality assurance records to track product and service processes, identify root causes, and share lessons learned for internal process improvement.

Training:

  • Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • In collaboration with leadership, foster a culture of quality across all levels of the organization.

Problem Resolution:

  • Investigate and document all qualityrelated concerns or trends, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in process, quality management or a related field.
  • Minimum five years in process, quality assurance or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Bonus Experience

  • Relevant certifications in process or quality management.
  • Familiarity with emergency response management industry.
  • Previous experience in developing a Quality Management System (QMS).
