Integrity is actively recruiting an experienced
Manifold Technician to join our expanding team.


The
Manifold Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks relating to installing manifolds and works alongside all moldmaking groups.

This position will report directly to the Manifold Group Leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Cleaning/confirming cavity locators, reams, tapped holes
  • Fit/time/install manifold and supports
  • Map and label all manifold zones
  • Plumb/test all water and SVG lines
  • Wire/test all zones to the proper electrical plugs, while in the manifold box
  • Heat test all manifolds
  • Function all valve pins

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years' manifold experience
  • Strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow lineup from leader and learn company procedures
  • Good communication and organizational skills
