In the role of Quantitative Trader, you'll merge risk management, market-making, and cutting-edge technology within a team dedicated to executing crypto-native trades.

Our client seeks quantitative traders intrigued by electronic market-making, systematic environments, and derivatives. From the outset, you'll oversee the trading desk's PnL and associated risks, contributing insights and suggesting enhancements to trading strategies and applications in collaboration with senior quantitative developers and management. The absence of legacy systems, corporate bureaucracy, and tedious decision-making channels fosters an exciting work environment driven by innovation. You'll be at the forefront of trading in the dynamic global crypto market, striving to refine the desk's trading strategy and ensure its long-term competitiveness. A passion for discovering innovative methods to generate alpha in a rapidly evolving environment is essential. Requirements

• A degree with significant quantitative components (e.g., mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics)
• 3+ years of experience in well-established HFT/market-making/algo trading/quantitative firms, including operating proprietary electronic market-making software
• 3+ years of experience managing the PnL of a product or portfolio
• Proficiency in coding for backtesting
• Strong interest in digital assets/cryptocurrencies
• Demonstrable track record
• Ownership mentality with a collaborative and communicative approach
• Offer valuable input and play a significant role in testing and refining strategies
• Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new market opportunities, coordinating with the quantitative development team
• Proficiency in English
• Comfortable with remote work
