Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Catering Sales Manager and President, essential job functions would include and are not limited to:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers
  • Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts
  • Work closely with Catering Sales Coordinating team to ensure all details of the contracts are clearly laid out to be delivered for full guest satisfaction
  • Oversee sales department
  • Manage and maintain ecommerce platforms
  • Manage and maintain social media marketing
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Computer literate in Caterease Event Planning and Catering Software an asset
  • Computer literate in Microsoft 365, Outlook and Excel is an asset
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Background in food service
  • Highly responsible and reliable
Full time permanent

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8 hour shift
  • Rotational Saturdays

Experience:


  • Hospitality: 5 years (preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma (preferred)

Language:


  • English required
  • French definite asset
