    Join BonLook as a Full‑time Optician in our BonLook - Square One Shopping Centre. This is a full‑time role working 30‑40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.

Since its inception the company has made prescription eyewear accessible and a must‑have fashion accessory, with 36 points of sale in Canada and over 350 employees. Today, BonLook defines itself as the ultimate destination for a wardrobe of trendy frames, designed and created in Montreal.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Act as a leader on the floor, supporting the team and creating a premium in‑store experience.
    • Mobilize and inspire the team to achieve business goals.
    • Demonstrate best‑in‑class customer service and lead by example on the sales floor.
    • Be a stylist and a coach on the floor.
    • Exceed sales goals by delivering information on the brand, the mission and product (fit, feature and design) to customers.
    • Train new employees on all aspects of the business, especially optics.
    • Assist the store manager by offering ongoing training to employees.
    • Represent the BonLook brand: reflect company values and brand image at all times.

    Optical Responsibilities

    • Explain eyewear prescriptions comfortably.
    • Take optical measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with flawless accuracy.
    • Verify that finished eyewear meets BonLook standards as well as customer requirements and requests.
    • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
    • Gather product feedback for the merchandising team.

    Qualifications

    • Registered Optician in good standing in Ontario.
    • Minimum 1‑2 years sales experience.
    • Passionate about fashion, eyewear, and the retail industry.
    • Great at communicating clearly and effectively.
    • Extremely detail oriented and a master at time management.
    • Excited by a fast‑paced, ever‑changing work environment.
    • Cool under pressure.
