Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including talent acquisition and onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs for employees
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are efficient and effective
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in human resources

Skills:
support managerial team,

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
