What you'll be doing

How you'll succeed

Troubleshooting Skills:
Identify and resolve small to medium complex production problems. Monitor and analyze supported services to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.


Manage & Influence - Lead project coordination efforts in on-boarding clients, synchronize internal technology teams to provide optimal end-to-end solution for both internal and external clients.

Identify proactive solutions for recurring technology occurrences to benefit the business.


Who you are- Technology: Linux, JAVA, J2EE, JBOSS EAP, JBOSS JWS (Apache & Tomcat), Log4J, Oracle, IBM MQ (preferred), GitHub, SSO preferred with SAML 2.

  • Nice to have Exposure to Infrastructure knowledge ( Firewall, DNS etc.)
  • Knowledge on SWIFT related products (SAG, AWP, AMH, etc.) is added advantage
  • Understanding of Citrix platform
  • Exposure to cloud technologies an added advantage
  • Exposure to REST API/SOAP is an added advantage
  • Business Knowledge: Knowledge in Payment space (SWIFT) is added advantage
  • Additional Experience: Experience in Production support for a high availability critical Application is added advantage
  • Delivery Framework: Waterfall/Agile/Devops
  • Willing to take up 24/7 production support on a rotational basis.
  • Gather information independently, carry out necessary research and provide indepth analysis, solutions and resolve the production issues with in the strict SLAs.
  • Very good experience to Incident & Change management.
  • Provide and implement permanent solutions to recurring issues in production.
  • Address business users queries and issues depending on Severity and Scope with in SLAs
  • Willing to work on Infrastructure upgrade activities and support the verification for Infrastructure implementations.
  • Provide timely updates to management on the production issues.
  • Prepare the recurring reports on the Production issues and support trends based on SLAs
  • Ability to lead and support the Disaster recovery exercise end to end by collaborating with all the teams (Infrastructure, Business & Interfaces)
  • Ability to support all the BAU activities (Internal and External Audits, Enterprise Standards, Policies & Procedures, Documentation).
