What You Bring to the Table

Demonstrated competency in using property maintenance equipment.
Commitment to demonstrate highquality workmanship, efficient production and exceed safety requirements.
Motivated, selfdriven, and detailoriented.
Clean and professional appearance, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift 60 lbs. consistently throughout the day.

About the Opportunity

This position is responsible for carrying out a high standard of work relating to the Property Maintenance division at Seasonal Impact.

This work includes but is not limited to, mowing grass, trimming grass, weeding, debris/garbage removal, hedge cutting, weed spraying, plant maintenance, watering, snow removal, and assisting other departments as needed.

Crew Leaders are also responsible for the onsite training of crew members & lead hands.

Completing jobs onsite using hand tools and powered equipment safely and efficiently
Drive crew truck with an attached trailer
Complete daily schedule according to the budget
Provide daily instructions to the crew
