Job description
We are looking for an experienced Shipper/ Receiver/ Warehouse Associate for a full-time position within our company. We are a small company and opportunities to assist in other departments will be available.
Warehouse duties would consist of assisting with the basic shipping and receiving of goods in a small industrial warehouse.
Responsibilities would include:
- Tracking of ordered goods to ensure timely delivery, including follow up with vendors
- Shipping orders to clients, including generating packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping documents
- Receiving of incoming shipments, including verification of goods
- Be the main point of contact for couriers and freight companies
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Light warehouse material handling duties
- Use of warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and forklifts
- Solid Computer Skills
- MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are required
- Solid language, spelling, and grammar skills are a must
- Physically fit and able to move up to 50 lbs
- Be able to drive a forklift
Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
