We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to join the team at Healthcare Homes.Our Regional Managers implement best practice in our care homes, embedding a person centred and quality driven culture throughout the Company and ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements.
You will lead the performance of a geographical area providing support, guidance and direction to a team of directly line-managed Home Managers and any allocated support function.
You will help to achieve quality, customer, financial and growth/development targets for your area.Are you passionate and committed to providing quality care? The successful candidate will have experience in working across residential/dementia homes; a proven track record of CQC compliance delivery and experience in multi-site management.
Experience of managing and positively influencing a team as well as working with Commissioning teams and a strong commercial acumen are essential.
A Level 5 diploma in Leadership in Health and Social care would be desirable for this position.
