Description
NCSG Hauling & Rigging Bonnyville is currently looking to grow our existing team and are seeking a
Dispatcher to join our local branch on a full-time permanent basis. This position will assist with the daily operations which include responding to customer requests and facilitating dispatch, permits, and compliance.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices including NCSG's Life Saving Rules, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- First contact point with all inbound calls with customers, public and staff;
- Promote the business and work closely with all area clientele including existing and potential clients;
- Support the preparation of quotations to customer requests with input from field crews for better understanding of job scope if necessary;
- Ensure all quotations are in accordance with and properly prepared and entered in accordance with Company estimating standards;
- Plan and execute mobilization and demobilization of drivers and equipment in order to achieve an optimum utilization of resources to execute the work to meet customers' needs;
- Schedule's assignments and coordinates activities for vehicles, drivers and crews;
- Price load tickets and input into Company software for proper invoicing;
- Work closely with other relevant departments to schedule and meet service requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in a similar role preferred;
- Must have previous customer service experience operating in a fastpaced environment (office/hospitality experience is welcome);
- Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementing skills;
- Strong written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to a variety of audiences;
- Ability to solve complex problems using sound professional judgment, creativity, and innovation;
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

$50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
