- Comply with all safety rules and standard safety practice
- Unload railcars into silos
- Load trucks with product
- Assist in various manual labour tasks around the plant as needed.
- Over 18 years of age
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Physically fit and ability to work rotating shifts Monday thru Sunday
- Strong teamwork skills in a self-directed work environment.
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
- Mechanical experience an asset. Minor lubing, greasing and preventative maintenance is required
- Experience working in industrial environments preferred

The Terminal Operator may required to work shift work up to 7 days per week in high demand period. Minor maintenance skills are a plus
