JUNIOR CLOUD & SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting senior administrators and working collaboratively across each of our locations.

You will assist in configuring, deploying, and supporting our organization's core tools and systems with a focus on efficiency within our secure SaaS environment.

You will be a member of the Technology team which is flexible in supporting a growing, diverse group of clinicians, administrators, and business users.

Job Function and Duties:


  • Assist in implementing and upgrading new and existing systems and services
  • Support in maintaining the security of our cloud environments, including Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Azure AD
  • Stay up to date on industry and jobrelated trends and best practicesDesign and develop automation/orchestration tools to enable efficient deployment and management of our cloud platforms
  • Work with internal and external clients to investigate and resolve complex issues related to production level systems in a timely manner
  • Participate in cloud deployment, migrations, and management

Requirements:


  • Experience supporting a corporate, multisite, technologybased environment
  • Experience supporting and configuring Office 36
  • Experience with Windows and Mac workstation installation and configuration
  • Experience configurating Sharepoint
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting network switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
  • Working knowledge of cloud phone systems and phone related technologies
  • Experience working with Intune and Azure AD
  • Proven experience working with the TCP/IP stack and related services
  • Experience with administering corporate wired and wireless infrastructure
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
