Now, we are expanding our operation globally and Canada is where we started our journey

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our brand and products, engage with customers, and provide exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.


Responsibilities:

• Introduce and showcase Bingz products to customers in a positive and engaging manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with product selection.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
• Greet and interact with passersby, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere around our brand.
• Assist the marketing team in conducting offline research and gathering valuable insights.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong ability to engage with diverse customers and create positive interactions.
• Salesdriven mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
• Proactive and selfmotivated team player who can thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and willingness to assist with research projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
