Job description:
This is not your typical call centre position, our priority is customer service and determining how we can best help our customers and our franchisees.
As a Customer Care Specialist with Ideal Siding, you will be the first point of call for all of our customers.
You will be coordinating and scheduling meetings for over a dozen project managers. This is a fast-paced environment where your accuracy and ability to pay attention to detail will be crucial. Your customer service and listening skills will be second to none.Who are we?

What The Role Is All About:
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for Sales Managers across all divisions
- Maintain and update our database of clients in CRM
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Assistance with project operations
- Other administrative duties as required.
What Are The Qualifications:
- Selfmotivated and capable of handling multiple priorities. You have a solid work ethic with a commitment to excellence
- Extensive experience with management of multiple calendars
- Proficiency in G Suite productivity tools, such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Hangouts Meet
- Superior customer service skills with a clear, effective and professional communication style
- Detailoriented and organized, with exceptional time management abilities
- Curious, you love to ask questions, solve problems and find solutions, collaborate, and have an appetite for learning new things
- Ability and aptitude for learning new processes and systems
- Flexible and adaptable in a fastmoving environment with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or a professional customer service environment
- Ability to think outside of the box and understand the big picture
- Passion, enthusiasm, integrity and a positive attitude

$20.00-$23.00 per hour
