_We're looking for a great edition to our as an office clerk._


RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:


  • Data entry
  • Write notices, letters and all correspondence
  • Answer the phone, take phone messages
  • Make calls to trades
  • Follow up on tasks in progress and started
  • Ensure that the given tasks are completed
  • Classification and digitization of documents
  • Placement of advertisements
- any other task requested by the superior

  • Balancing cash registers
  • Prepare payroll
  • Maintain employee files
  • Send documents and information required by the accounting department

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:


  • Jobrelated experience: 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of data entry tools and office software (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • A college diploma
  • Any other training and experience related to the job
  • Conscientious, organized, and rigorous by nature
  • A team player
  • Comfortable with computer systems (Office suite)

Salary:
$23.00-$38.00 per hour

  • QUEBEC, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
