    JLL SUMMER INTERNSHIP

Within our program, interns are an integral part of our team working alongside real estate analysts, transaction professionals and other associates. You will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship.

    AS A CMMS DATA ENTRY ADMINISTRATOR INTERN AT JLL YOU WILL:

  • Updating assets into Corrigo on an ongoing basis.
  • Adding assets received through Asset Change Forms from Project and FM Teams.
  • Updating asset data attributes from BCR Program.
  • Updating pressure vessel asset data upon Inspection completion
  • Develop and maintain accuracy of equipment metadata by regularly collecting and inputting information, such as manufacturer, model, serial number, refrigerant type, refrigerant quantity
  • Tracks all asset information including emergency spare parts and documentation.
  • Create various ad-hoc asset data reports.
  • Provide support to CMMS Team, as required.
  • DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Technology, Data Management, Engineering, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite specifically in Excel supporting data analytics and manipulation
  • Excellent organizational, filing, and record keeping skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize, schedule, and logistically support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Team player, good interpersonal skills
