Associate Sales Consultant who will be key in growing our IT business. We are looking for someone who can identify customer needs among our client accounts through top notch customer service. Someone that is sales hungry
Working as part of the Vision33 Canada Sales team your duties will include:
- Demonstrating a concern for client needs and understanding how our products and our managed IT services can provide value to potential clients.
- Developing and maintaining business relationships with clients, executing account plans, delivering solutions, and creating value.
- Managing client service delivery expectations and maximizing client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other sales team members and assisting them with referrals.
- Managing and maintaining regular contact with a defined list of current accounts.
- Taking ownership of the sales process.
- Developing proposals and quotations for new and existing clients.
- Collaborating with accounting team to ensure accurate order processing and client billing.
- Keeping up with product knowledge and trends.
- Working as part of a team, to meet client needs and ensure client engagement and retention.
Excited to face any new challenge, you will bring to this position the following skills and qualifications:
- Post-secondary education with a minimum of 2 years sales experience.
- Professional sales attitude, detail oriented, good listener, and organized.
- Proven track record based on sales and customer service.
- Solid understanding of information technology, cloud solutions and associated software products and infrastructure.
- Business development and account management experience serving the midsize and/or enterprise markets.
- Superior communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to learn quickly and a general knowledge of accounting principles.
